Chad & Bess Barnett
Associate Pastors
Chad and Bess Barnett joined the Covenant Faith family in 2001. In 2006, they came on staff as Associate Pastors. Besides ministering the Word of God, Chad oversees the Prison Ministry and the E.M.S. Men’s Group. Bess serves in the Children’s Ministry and performs various administrative duties within the church. They are both actively involved as members of the Covenant Faith Worship Team. It is their desire to help believers achieve a full manifestation of the abundant life that Christ has made possible for all (John 10:10). Chad and Bess have two daughters, Gradeigh and Lucy. They reside in Jefferson.

Chris & Jordan Beusse
Associate Pastors/ Worship Leader
Chris and Jordan Beusse came on staff as Associate Pastors in 2007. Jordan has been with Covenant Faith since its beginning in the Gratehouse living room. She has served as Worship Leader since August of 2000. In 2004, Jordan married Chris, who began working in various areas of ministry within the church. Besides ministering the Word of God, Chris currently oversees the Ministry of Helps, the Missions Department, and handles many of the church’s administrative needs. Their desire is to be witnesses of God's extreme love towards His creation by living out Mark 16:15-20. Chris and Jordan have a son, Caleb. They reside in Jefferson.

Philip & Kelly Cate
Youth Pastors
Philip and Kelly Cate joined the Covenant Faith family in 2005. Later that year, they came on staff as Youth Pastors. Besides ministering the Word of God to teenagers, Philip & Kelly are actively involved in singing and playing on the Covenant Faith Worship Team. They are called and committed to empowering young people with the Word of God, helping them discover their God-given purpose, & equipping them for victory & success. Philip and Kelly have a daughter, Adah Elizabeth. They reside in Buford.

Her desire is to lead children to discover and build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through the Word of God; meeting each child where they are, and encouraging them to become all that God has designed them to be. Christine is engaged to marry John in 2008. She currently resides in Lawrenceville.
