What is The Connection?
The Connection is a ministry of small groups (or Connect Groups) that meet outside of the corporate church setting. God never designed the church to be a corporate group of individuals. We were created to function in a community. God created us to thrive, to be fruitful in the context of relationships. Discipleship and ministry takes place on a relational basis. Our purpose is to create an environment that empowers every member to grow and fulfill God’s plan for their lives. The Connection Small Group Ministry fulfills this purpose.
